THE PROCESS
The CharacterScope journey is split into 3 sections, Discover, Engage, and Develop. If you are new to CharacterScope - the first two sections are done online at my.characterscope.com - this works best using a desktop computer.

Discover :
Discover generates insights on current strengths based on self review (Solo), feedback from others (Viewpoints) and the expertise of the CS platform

Engage:
Guides you in choosing your development focus from any of the 34 different 25-day development plans

Develop:
Delivered via this App: like having a great coach always available to you. Goals are fine but dont answer the vital how-to questions. The CharacterScope Develop app motivates learners through structured, daily workouts over 5 weeks; guiding development and bringing insights from the best leadership coaches. The Do-Think-Feel cycle is engrained in each plan and helps users to unlock old habits and create new ones, providing them the tools to become their own coach, and continue the learning process after their 5 weeks is complete.



Our plans deliver effective learning and measurable improvements in leadership and teamwork performance. Users decide the pace at which to work, CharacterScope provides the tools to help them keep on track.
